Roofing Contractor backed by 5+ years of local experience

Spencer and his Infinity Roofing team were very easy to work with. My insurance company denied my claim due to a timing issue of the claim being reported. I needed my roof replaced asap to ensure coverage. The one thing that stood out to me was unlike other roofing contractors prior to Infinity- Spencer never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He was reasonably affordable and didn’t seem eager to get money out of us. Immediately I felt that the company could be trusted which is how we landed with a decision! I’m definitely satisfied with Infinity Roofing and how quickly the project was completed! Apparently a drone was used to capture photos of the roof at completion and I was definitely impressed!! 🤩

If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. This is a professional, well-organized, efficient and seamless operation. Very fair pricing and top notch business ethics. From the beginning quote process through the installation everything went smooth. All supplies were brought in yesterday to facilitate getting the job done today. These guys are prepared. None of that making a dozen trips out to get supplies the day of the project like we have encountered with many workers over the years. The crew came in this morning prepped, stripped the roof before lunch time and then were finished with installation by early afternoon. Everything was inspected and cleaned up immediately after the work was completed today. The blue looks very nice with the lighter blue siding. We are so happy with this improvement. Thank you so much to all these hard workers at Infinity roofing. If you have hail damage or issues from natural causes Spencer is very keen in recognizing these concerns during the inspection and knowledgeable in regards to working with insurance. He came out to meet with the adjustor which was very helpful.

As a real estate agent, you never want a delayed closing. I called after hours for an emergency request and the next morning by 7am, the repair was complete and he never left until we had all photos we needed to gain approval and close on time! I’m forever grateful for them!

Spencer and his team were amazing. Production was smooth, timely, and clean up was thorough. You cannot beat the warranties and price for the amazing quality of work. Cannot recommend Infinity Roofing more and will be contacting them this summer for my gutters.

We had an excellent experience with Infinity Roofing (Spencer Thomas). All the paperwork required for insurance completion was submitted promptly and without issue. Every step of the project was smooth and well organized. The timing between signing the contract and starting the work was exactly as promised. The roof was completed seamlessly in less than a day. The cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t have known they were even there — except for the beautiful new roof! Spencer was wonderful to work with — polite, friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable about roofing issues. He made the whole process easy and reassuring. Five stars — and then some!
